The beach access is only 350 ft away. Partial ocean view from living room!If you want access to restaurants, rentals, and activities,then look no further! Being on Dolphin St, you can't get more of a prime location than here!

Enjoy, spacious dining area,living room, sitting area (perfect for puzzles!), cable, amazing internet, perfect front porch, back patioand an outdoor shower in the back. Please note that the backyard is not fully fenced in.

Bedroom #2: 2 Twins, 1 trundle. Futon does not fold down, but does provide sitting for young kids to hang out!

Private laundry room is in bonus room.

We do provide linens (towels, sheets)at no additional charge unlike other properties on the island. However, you will need to make sure there is one load in the dryer, one load in the washer, and only one load remaining upon check out. Trash must be taken to dumpsters and dishwasher must be loaded and started as well. Additional $20 cleaning fees will be charge for each if not completed. If you would like a Linen Service for your stay, please reach out for potential contacts.

Dog Friendly. We allow well behaved, house trained dogs, $75/dog with amax of 2 dogs. When booking please inform us if you are bringing a pet and feel free to reach out with any questions.

Needing accessibility?House is spacious in the main living area with an open floor plan and being 1 level. Due to front porch stairs (3) it would work for someone who uses a walker or cam ambulate a few steps/transfer with assistance and then use a wheelchair inside. A guest needing a wheelchair would need to stay in the bonus room (2 twins) or the front bedroom if they can take a few steps, with a few furniture adjustments. Full bath does have plenty of room to maneuver, but will need to move a small hallway table to accommodate. Let us know ahead of time and we can have furniture moved for your stay. Guests who have their own ramp can access the house best at the backdoor!
