SeaView Penthouse Oceanfront 2bd/2ba Condo

Completely renovated 2 bd/2 ba beach condo on 3rd floor that overlooks the island. Comfortably fits 5 people with full kitchen!  Dolphins can be seen twice a day from balcony. Just get ready to relax!

Come experience for yourself what makes North Topsail Beach so breathtaking!  This beautiful top-floor beachside condo has everything you and your family need to relax and enjoy Your stay.  The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom with shower.  There is also a private slider leading to the balcony.  You are so close to the ocean that you’ll fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing!  

  The second bedroom has a twin bed and a separate set of bunk beds.  All beds feature comfortable toppers. The second bathroom features a shower/tub. 

Come see the recently updated floors (2023) in both bedrooms and bathrooms!     

  

   The updated kitchen is one of the most exciting parts of the beach condo. If you are a large family and/or enjoy cooking the kitchen has everything you could possibly need.  

  A stunning beachfront view is available from the dining area, living room, and balcony.  Keep an eye out for dolphins!

  Please note, there is not an elevator in the building. However, the unit is located very close to the stairs and has quick access to the beach, pool, parking lot, and recreation area.

We do provide linens at no additional charge unlike other properties on the island. However, you will need to make sure there is one load in the dryer, one load in the washer, and only one load remaining upon check out. Trash must be taken to dumpsters and dishwasher must be loaded and started as well. Additional $20 cleaning fees will be charge for each if not completed. There are many towns with restaurants and activities close by: 

- Sneads Ferry: Em R'Wings is our favorite restaurant here! We love Sneads Ferry and it is the best way to come to the island to avoid the draw bridge. Also, make sure you hit up Food Lion for groceries as it is the closest to the condo. 

- Surf City: If you are looking for night life this is the place! There is a strip of bars that all the locals hop. Check out their Facebook pages for events! 

- Activities for Kids/Families: Fort Fisher Aquarium, Turtle Hospital, etc.
